Professor Linxiu Zhang, REAP China Director and Deputy Director of the Chinese Center for Agricultural Policy (CCAP) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), appeared on the China Central Television (CCTV) Channel 9 program Biz China in September, 2009.
