China Health News Focuses on REAP's Child Nutrition Projects

REAP's extensive work on improving undernutrition among primary schoolchildren in rural China was recently highlighted in China Health News. REAP has shown that up to 40% of children in rural China are not getting the nutrients they need to grow, and that this is not only affecting their health, but also their school performance. We are experimenting with different ways of addressing the problem, including parent and teacher training, vitamin supplementation, and the use of mobile devices.
