Trust & Transformation: Karthik Ramanna on Leading in Polarized Times

In this moderated conversation, Prof. Karthik Ramanna, author of the just-published book The Age of Outrage: How to Lead in a Polarized World, will explore the unique challenges and opportunities for business leaders as they navigate today's polarized landscape. Prof. Ramanna will share insights on how corporate leaders can address stakeholder tensions, build bridges across diverse perspectives, and cultivate the resilience needed to lead effectively amid anger and ideological divides. He will offer insights on organizational purpose and values, reputational risks, constructive engagement, and collaborative problem-solving.

This event is co-sponsored by the Corporations and Society Initiative (CASI) at the Graduate School of Business and the Program on Capitalism and Democracy at the Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law (CDDRL).
