Kevin Nguyen, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Health Law, Policy, and Management at the Boston University School of Public Health. His research examines the quality and equity of care delivered to marginalized populations, and specifically focuses on the roles of Medicaid policy and care delivery reform in improving patient experience in the health care safety net.
