Natalie Johnson manages the Keeping Kids in School projects at REAP. She has two years of experience conducting fieldwork and analyzing education issues in rural China. She joined the REAP team full time in 2013 after graduating from Williams College with a BA in Chinese Language and Political Science. Her most recent projects include extensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of the dropout problem in rural China and a comprehensive effort to evaluate national teacher training programs across the country. She is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin.
